Bank Transfer / EFT Payments

How to Pay by Bank Transfer

  1. Complete your order and select "Bank Transfer/EFT" as payment method
  2. You'll receive an email with our bank details and your unique order reference number
  3. Make the transfer using your order number as the payment reference
  4. Send proof of payment to our support email or WhatsApp
  5. Your order will be confirmed within 1-2 business hours after payment verification
Important:
  • Always use your order number as the payment reference
  • Bank transfers must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for payment to reflect in our account

Cash on Collection

How Cash Payment Works

  1. Select "Cash on Collection" during checkout
  2. Complete your order - no payment required at this stage
  3. Receive order confirmation with pickup details
  4. Pay cash when you collect your order at our store
  5. Receive your receipt upon payment
