At Cakeman, we aim to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and in perfect condition. This page explains our delivery areas, charges, timings, and customer responsibilities.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Gaborone and the surrounding delivery zones shown during checkout. If your location falls outside our normal delivery range, please contact us and we may still be able to assist.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are based on your location and order value. Your final delivery cost is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery is available between 9 AM and 6 PM daily.
  • We provide an estimated delivery window once your order is confirmed.
  • Weather, traffic, and other factors outside our control may occasionally cause delays.

If you require delivery at a specific time, please contact us in advance. Additional charges may apply.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a confirmation update and any available tracking information. If there is an issue with your delivery, contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it.

5. Handling During Delivery

Cakes and pastries are packed carefully to reduce the risk of damage in transit. Because our products are perishable, someone should be available to receive the order at the delivery address.

6. Customer Responsibility

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

If no one is available to receive the order at the scheduled time, we may attempt delivery to a neighbor or return the order to the bakery. Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

7. Delivery to Multiple Locations

If you need deliveries to different addresses, please place separate orders for each location so that pricing and scheduling remain accurate.

8. Delivery Issues and Support

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, delayed, or cannot be delivered as expected, please contact us promptly. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

9. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for selected items, subject to availability, and must be arranged before 12 PM. Please contact us directly to confirm availability.

10. Delivery Cancellation

Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, we cannot cancel or modify the delivery. If you have an urgent concern, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.

11. International Delivery

At this time, Cakeman only offers delivery within our local Botswana delivery zones and does not provide international delivery services.

12. Delivery Policy Changes

Cakeman may update this Delivery Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page.
