Cakes need at least 3 hours' notice so we can bake them fresh for you. Custom decorated cakes and large orders need 48–72 hours. The earlier you order, the better we can accommodate special requests.

Yes! Cupcakes, sliced cakes, and ready-to-go treats are often available same-day. Full cakes need at least 3 hours. Place your order online or WhatsApp us at +267 72 116 385 and we'll confirm availability right away.

You can modify or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time. Changes within 24 hours depend on whether we've started preparation — contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.

We deliver throughout Gaborone, Phakalane, Mokolodi, and Tlokweng. Delivery fees are calculated by distance and shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises. Orders over P500 get free delivery within Gaborone. You can also collect from our bakery at no charge.

We offer Morning (8 AM – 12 PM), Afternoon (12 – 5 PM), and Evening (5 – 8 PM) slots for most areas. You choose the window that suits you at checkout, and we'll SMS you when the driver is on the way.

Pick a bundle size (6, 12, or 24) and then mix and match any flavours you like — you're not locked into one flavour per box. Just select your flavours during checkout. If you'd rather let us surprise you, choose the "Baker's Choice" option and we'll pick our best sellers.

Keep cakes and cupcakes in an airtight container in the fridge — they stay fresh for up to 5 days. Bring them to room temperature about 30 minutes before serving for the best taste and texture. Buttercream items are best eaten within 3 days.

We offer gluten-free, sugar-free, and vegan options on selected products. These are clearly labelled on the product page. If you have a specific allergy or dietary need, let us know when ordering and we'll advise on safe choices.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, EFT bank transfer, and cash on delivery. All online card payments are processed through a secure, encrypted gateway — we never see or store your card details.

Yes, cash on delivery is available. Please have the exact amount ready as our drivers may not carry change. You'll see the total (including any delivery fee) in your order confirmation.
